The Chairman of the Gwagware Foundation, Hon. Yusuf Ali Musawa (Talban Musawa), has affirmed that Hon. Musa Gafai played a significant role in Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s political movement, stressing that they will not allow him to leave the APC again.
He made this declaration while receiving a delegation from the Dikko Project Movement, led by Hon. Musa Gafai, who paid him a courtesy visit at his office.
During the meeting, Hon. Yusuf Ali Musawa pointed out that the absence of figures like Musa Gafai in the APC led to a loss of over 30,000 votes for the party in the presidential election in Katsina State. He stated, "While we work tirelessly in rural areas to secure votes for the party, some individuals in urban centers are causing setbacks."
The Gwagware Foundation chairman reiterated his unwavering support for the Dikko Project Movement, acknowledging the group’s commitment to community development and raising awareness about Governor Dikko Radda’s initiatives.
In his remarks, Hon. Musa Gafai stated that their visit was aimed at seeking blessings from their leader, emphasizing that "Whatever a person intends to do, if they seek blessings, they must start from home."
He also appealed to Hon. Yusuf Ali Musawa to offer guidance and support in helping them attain strategic positions they might not be able to reach on their own, considering his close ties with Governor Dikko Radda.
Hon. Musa Gafai concluded by expressing gratitude to Governor Malam Dikko Radda for his continuous respect and support.
The meeting was attended by key figures from the Dikko Project Movement, including some of its executives, councillorship candidates, and serving political office holders.
